"The home was clean and we liked the beach decor. Great location; close to the beach. We could hear the waves! Quiet neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants. Home could use a few improvements: updated shower in the upstairs bathroom and new mattress is needed in the upstairs main bedroom. Overall, nice home and we enjoyed ourselves. "This was a great place to stay in for our visit to Outer Bank! There were 11 people in my party and the property managers were very accommodating and answered all questions and we’re always available to get in touch with! It was a really short walk to the beach and really close to all kinds of shops and restaurants!! we absolutely loved the property. It was so adorable and really clean.We would definitely stay here again!"

"Listen, you get what you pay for. This was a great deal to get to stay so close to the beach and walking distance from downtown Manteo. It is dated, and it is not the cleanest. Our towels were clean but had stains, the furniture in the room had stains, the mirror hadn’t been cleaned. The sheets were clean and so were the surfaces, the bathroom, and the appliances. The air conditioning worked well, and the front desk staff was nice. For the price I paid, I would stay here again."
