« Check in was easy, property was as described and there was plenty of stuff to carry to the beach. The grill was really handy and we used it several times while there. »

« Overall okay stay and would probably stay again. Pros: great location on beach, comfortable king bed, working TVs, washer and dryer, pet friendly!Cons: pet fee requirement wasn’t listed on website, AC was broken and house got up to 83degs, strong septic smell in house (we didn’t do any loads of laundry), and had to wash utensils and clean out/soak whole coffee machine before they were usable. »

« The home was clean and we liked the beach decor. Great location; close to the beach. We could hear the waves! Quiet neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants. Home could use a few improvements: updated shower in the upstairs bathroom and new mattress is needed in the upstairs main bedroom. Overall, nice home and we enjoyed ourselves. « This was a fantastic place for our family vacation! The property was very clean and updated with nice interior. We loved it because the lot was located directly on the water with a canal and spot to dock our boat. We went out in our boat and explored the area, went fishing and swimming. There are good restaurants, wineries and the beaches of the outer banks are close by. Enjoyed being on the water here sunrise and sunset. We will be coming back to stay here again! »

« Very clean and well stocked property. We enjoyed the seclusion along with a nice fire in the fire pit by the sound. We had horses visit most mornings on and around the cottage. Would definitely stay again. »
