Freeway noise is audible during sleep and air conditioning is pretty old and didn’t work as expected

Our room was dirty, not vacuumed in ages, very dusty. Tub grimey. Very disappointed as hampton is usually our go to. Beds were cleaner at least and fairly comfortable

Julian, at the front desk does an outstanding job. We were so happy to see him when we arrived. He was working the last time we were traveling this way. We enjoyed talking with him and he has the at your service attitude. The hotel is clean and nice location for a quick overnight stay. Hampton Inn is very consistent.

Rebecca checked us in and made us aware of the pool area being closed. She wanted to make sure we were aware and okay with it before checking us in. She offered suggestions of things to do in the area. We will definitely be back again!

We have stayed with other hotels in the area and this one is tops. Lisa at the front desk will accommodate anyway possible. Always making the stay perfect!

The hotel wasn’t the greatest, pretty outdated & had quite a few places they could improve with cheap fixes. Mainly the shower, the shower head doesn’t move and is aimed at the wall. A bit difficult to get a decent shower. The front desk attendant was super nice when we checked in and was very helpful though.

Very welcoming staff, the room was very big and clean, beautiful hotel . We slept very good and in the morning,what a surprise when we discovered the breakfast!!! Real breakfast with eggs ,bacon, toast or bagels… fruits or fruit salad.. yogourt, céréales…

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We chose it due to the hot tub and the positive reviews. We were very disappointed to see that the hot tub was closed. No notice was given to us prior to checking in. The state of the actual pool was upsetting as well. It appeared extremely cloudy and dirty and the amount of chemical smells was overwhelming. On a positive note, I will say that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms appeared to be clean. If it hadn’t been for the promised amenities being unusable, it would have been a nice stay. Unfortunately we will not be coming back to this establishment.
