« We had a big group of girlfriends stay in this awesome place for two nights. We parked and were able to walk everywhere to the local East Village bars, restaurants and shops. This is a great location. The space was beautiful! Very well decorated, very clean, plenty of space for all of us. Fun touches like ping pong and bags. We would definitely return! Wished we could have taken advantage of the great rooftop space but we picked February in Iowa to come. This would be a great hangout area in...

« Property was as expected from listing. Only one small issue and that was getting into the building for the first time, once in the building it was easy to access during the stay with the key fobs provided for access and parking. Very nice building located within walking distance of everything downtown Des Moines had to offer. »

« Very well appointed place right near Court Street and all of the restaurants in that area of downtown Des Moines. Normal city noises; so maybe not everyone's cup of tea - but nothing out of the ordinary. »
