"Gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 bathroom estate on the Southern end of Park Hill, known as “Seaclift Estates. Just a short walk to the Fiscalini Ranch Bluff Trails, the tide pools, and Shamel Park. This beautifully appointed, open and spacious home, is very warm and inviting. It’s designed to be enjoyed as a group, perhaps a family gathering, to prepare delicious meals together, and to relax while listening to the waves crash a few yards away. The great room is elegantly furnished, with the focal point being the fireplace and seating area. The large dining room table is close by and the kitchen meanders around the corner for plenty of meal preparation. There is an entertainment room off the kitchen, where you’ll find a flat screen TV, DVD player, and plenty of seating. The sofa pulls out as a sleeper, and another full bath is just outside of that room. There is a lovely back deck, with the Ranch as your back yard. Watch the moon rise over the hill, and the deer graze, right behind the house. Outdoor dining table and chairs are perfect for a BBQ . The kitchen breakfast table is just behind a glass door, with a spectacular view. There is a small, beautifully landscaped beck yard, just down a few stairs. The master suite is upstairs on the main level, with a queen bed, fireplace, and luxurious bathtub. Truly a lovely room to retreat to, with old world style, faux-finished walls, like a Tuscan villa. There are two more comfortable bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds. In the hall there is a full bath, and a separate laundry room. There is a front deck off the living room, with seating to watch the sunset each night, and smell our fresh ocean air. This home is, as it’s named, a lovely Villa, nestled between the Ocean and the Ranch. Come and make wonderful Front & back decks, gas BBQ, outdoor dining furniture, TV, DVD, Wifi, washer & dryer, 2 car garage, Ocean & Ranch views.memories here!" Family came to visit to help me celebrate. The home was lovely and large to accommodate a little celebration. The kitchen is awesome and plenty of room for those of us who were using it to not bump into each other. The bedrooms very comfortable. Slept well. Plenty of linens and the Kitchen has everything you need and then some. The location is the best. The backyard is the Fiscalini Ranch. Across the street is the ocean. Very lovely views. We had a lot of fun going on Fiscalini ranch walks. Shopping in town and dining was great. I was treated with a glass blowing lesson in nearby Harmony. It was fantastic. It was no problem to reach the Management Co. on the one occassion I did. It was an absolutely wonderful stay in a beautiful home in such a beautiful town. ##### Loretta M. We were a family of 6, including my 6 year old grand daughter. The home is beautifully setup. There are dishes and cooking paraphernalia a-plenty! We had no problem cooking for ourselves and serving meals when we wanted to. We frequent the area of Cambria often and this property's location is perfect to get to the beach or in town for shopping or dinner. There is also several hiking trails that take you along the coast line or in the hills slightly. Being early June, we saw many spouts and fins in the ocean. Not sure if they were dolphins or whales. I even saw one breach! This year only 3 of us could make it, but it was still fun. Rummicube afternoons, a puzzle going all week. Cooking for just us girls, not picky family. And this house is perfect for all. We set up our puzzle in the Fiscalini view breakfast nook. This house has a giant dining room table. We kept a game of rummicube set up all week on one end, and kept the opposite end for dinners. And cooking in this kitchen is fabulous! It’s equipped almost as good as my own, we rarely want for anything. Each afternoon we take a walk through the Fiscalini Preserve - it starts just a block up from the house, but also runs all behind the house too. Most mornings and afternoons you can sit out on the deck and watch deer, and birds. The front deck is perfect for ocean view cocktails, as is the comfy living room. We do go out shopping, and occasionally enjoy the sights of Cambria, but coming back to this house everyday is such a treat! ##### Hazel P. P. The views from the living area were beautiful, particularly at sunset. The morning light and views of Fiscalini were wonderful from the breakfast table and rear deck, so peaceful! The house was perfect for watching the ocean from the front deck & the wildlife from the back deck. Its HUGE kitchen was perfect for the foodies in our group to cook fantastic meals. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out for alone time, watching the game or visiting and also had a large enough dining table for us to all eat & play games together. We were very close to downtown Cambria for all the restaurants & shops. Looking forward to coming back again! ##### Lisa G. Kitchen is a chef's dream and the house was very comfortable. The one and only drawback was the steepness of the driveway. We had a heck of a time maneuvering our way down without bottoming out.
