The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was spectacular. The house was very roomy & clean. It was nice being at the end of the street with only one neighbor to the east but we didn't hear or see them. The big deck was designed for viewing & privacy. I have a few negatives: 1) when we arrived, the house was very warm (lots of windows) and it smelled like pee. We were going to roll-up the rugs & put them in the garage but they were fastened to the wood floor. I suggest those rugs be professionally cleaned. 2) The mattresses were not comfortable (too hard), 3) The house is over highway 1 & very noisy traffic started every morning around 3AM (LOUD). Probably a lot of construction trucks headed to the Big Sur Hwy 1 road repairs. Too warm to sleep with the doors & windows closed. Just really surprising how noisy hwy 1 can be. ##### Terri V. Loved the single level.
