« We booked our August trip in January with ease & had communication from wonderful host Sam from booking point & throughout the stay.The house is at the end of West Looe,as you take the road up to Hannafore. The property immediately overlooks the bus turning area and the fire station, but has stunning views of the river & the bustle of East Looe across the water.The property does not have parking (normal for properties in town) but there is lots of close parking options. « Photos showed a room with a view. We were allocated a basement room with no view at all. Noise at below parking level was horrendous. I contacted pure serviced to try cancel our 2nd night for a refund. Their response was to refuse , and to offer a white noise machine to combat the noise! If I could offer zero stars, I would. I will never book another pure service property again, & suggest you do the same. Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. Nowhere on my booking did it state id...

« The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat...
