Hauptproblem war für uns die Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption innerhalb der eigentlich geöffneten Zeit. Das bereitgestellte Fahrrad war defekt (was ich bis heute nicht melden konnte, da auch die App nicht funktionierte, weil man die Buchungsnummer angeblich nicht kennt), am letzten Tag war es ziemlich stürmisch, wodurch sich der Kamin vom Aussenrohr löste und der Rauch direkt ins Zelt geleitet wurde, was sich allerdings auch immer nur kurzzeitig durch zusammenstecken des heißen Rohrs reparieren ließ. In beiden Fällen habe ich an der Rezeption niemanden erreichen können, was zum einen die Mobilität eingeschränkt hat und im Zelt zu sehr kalten Stunden bis zur Abreise geführt hat. Zum Glück ist der Vorfall mit dem Kamin bereits tagsüber aufgetreten, so dass es nicht zu Personenschäden im Schlaf gekommen ist. ##### Ingo S. Verified ### 6/10 Okay #### Ingo S. Leider war das Fahrrad beschädigt, was ich der Rezeption leider nicht melden und es daher nicht nutzen konnte. Aufgrund des Winds am letzten Tag löste sich der Kamin des Ofens, so dass die Abgase in das Zelt geführt wurden. Mangels Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption mussten wir den letzten Abend und Nacht frieren. Alternativ wäre eine Rauchgasvergiftung gewesen.
