"Villa was very nice, clean and modern. Enjoyed our stay. House had everything for our stay, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, etc. HIGHLY recommend!"

"The location was great- it is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was fine for a brief stay. Had a few problems- the safe wasn't unlocked for us to use and we were never able to get the TV to work. It would have been nice for a small amount of time late in the evening. The kitchen is stocked well. The floor was not clean when we arrived, but we did sweep up. Additionally, the lock on the door is difficult- it would have been nice to have some further description on how to use. We tried to call to get help upon arrival, no answer and my husband finally figured it out. The location was safe- you are parking on the street with a lot of traffic and everyone speeds- so you need to be cautious when entering and exiting your vehicle. The island is beautiful and access to the best beaches is easy from this location."

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful as pictured it actually exceeded our expectations. They provided us with a beautiful crib for youngest along with a great high chair. They maintained the grounds / pool multiple times throughout our 10 day stay. The host was communicative and handled our requests when minor things popped up. This is a top location on the island close to the beaches and short drive to palm beach where all of the action is happening. All in all we truly enjoyed staying at this property."

"I booked this as a solo trip knowing I just was looking for a clean place to lay my head.... after all who spends much time in the room when you are in Aruba??? Mike met me as I pulled up and showed me around the complex and to my room. I was also able to rent a beach chair from him for the week (only 30). During my time everything was great. Grounds were kept up, ac worked, pool was clean. The location was amazing, walkable to Arashi and across from Boca Catalina and TresTrapi! They had easy parking right outside as well. I appreciated the extra beach towels available that I was able to exchange every few days as well! I will def be back! Only recommendation is putting a broom in the unit for all the sand (I'm sure if I asked Mike he would have given me one to use) but having one would have been nice .!"

"Beautiful condo in s great location. The pool was a real plus after a day at the beach which is only a 2 minute walk. Unit had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkel gear and beach towels. The owners were very easy to communicate with if we had any questions or issues. We would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed a near-perfect stay at this property! The house is amazing! Huge, private pool and surrounding space. The house and apartments are clean and well cared-for. We encountered a couple of minor maintenance issues, which were both taken care of almost immediately after I reported them. I couldn’t be happier with the house itself and the way it is managed. Thanks for a great stay!"
