It also features 9 ft ceilings. 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, spacious dining area and a fully stocked kitchen! The building amenities are also amazing, featuring a concierge, fitness room and in the summer has a rooftop pool. 2 rooms with queen sized beds tv equipped with netflix and youtube fast wifi quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. spacious wrap around balcony with Calgary tower views & Patio furniture. Washer and dryer 2 full bathrooms with shower tubs. full kitchen with all bakeware, cookware, dinnerware and of course coffee essentials. It had an odd smell, either cigarette smoke or drying concrete - a musty smell that seemed to dissipate after a day or so. The apartment was in need of repair. there were patches in the walls and on the cement ceiling. So a bit disappointing. The neighborhood is convenient to downtown but a bit sketchy because of the recycling center next door. No issue, just appearance.
