With lots of home repairs needed (broken floor boards, drains that didn’t drain properly, lack of window coverings in the main bedroom, etc.), the property wasn’t as we would have hoped based on the price and the online ad.We also had to walk by people actively using street drugs beside the entrance on different occasions while we came and went from the building. Wishing the owners the best, and hope this feedback is helpful in making lots of great changes so that they can create a beautiful, functional, safe space for visitors to the Calgary area. ##### Claire H.
