Residence had 4 bedrooms with shared accommodation. We rented 2 bedrooms. The other 2 rooms were rented out to another group which were noisy at 12 am (midnight). The other noisy group were using shared accommodations at Midnight. The shared accommodation had a tv that was not hooked up, tv was unplugged and was not connected to wall connections.
