We stayed at this hotel 3 times, but it has never been so bad as this time. The room was dirty, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, the bathtub was dirty, we found hair. The complimentary breakfast included just tea, some fruits and dried croissants (declared price for that was 16 cad per person plus tips)
