Not good…
Day 1 - I’m a pretty easing going person and to get a last minute affordable place to stay during Stampede was super limited, so this place looked fine. First night was fine, though the house was a little dirty. I’m disabled myself so I’m pretty understanding about mess, and they had kids. I went downstairs to get water at some point and the house was a MESS - food on the floor, things laying all over the floor like random papers, food left on the counter, etc. I went back to my room assuming it would be fine if I just stayed upstairs - the upstairs was tidy and seemed clean enough. day 2 - I didn’t use the shower because it looked quite dirty - this was a newer house so it wasn’t just from long time use. I went out all day, came back around 7 PM totally exhausted. Someone downstairs was playing loud music but I just put headphones on. I started trying to sleep around 10 PM but the noise continued. From 7- 1 AM there was -Loud music, singing, and loud talking downstairs -Children running and yelling right outside my door -Doors slamming open and shut -A dog barking - the listing did not say there was a dog. -It was about 30 degrees out and they wouldn’t run the AC which was listed as an amenity. I didn’t even have a fan in the room. Couldn’t leave the window open due to smoke and loud planes. I debated leaving around midnight when the noise continued, but got a few hours of sleep and left ASAP in the morning, feeling frustrated. I’m hoping to get a refund.

Not clean very unsanitary, no tv no towels no toilet paper zero concern for the guests well being . Not as described or pictured. My first time using Vrbo and will be my last time ! If these are the standards Vrbo wants to keep then I’m out !

Last minute resort.
This is a room whiting a house. There's other guests there. The other common area are shared with everyone. Sometimes the smell of food goes in the whole house so make sure to keep your door shut. The listing made it look like you had a whole basement to yourself but it’s not the case. It’s an hour from downtown by public transportation. If you really need somewhere to stay, book it. Otherwise I’d go somewhere else.
