With access to the backyard (via front door) you can enjoy a relaxing time on a deck. It has easy access to major routes (Glenmore, Deerfoot & Peigan), it only takes 15 min by car to downtown and major South East Corporate Offices. The space The Kitchen Kitchen is ample and fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals. Find a lot of cabinetry and countertop space, fridge/freezer, OTR microwave, oven and stovetop, giving you space to store your food and the means to cook it. There is a table for 4 to have a nice breakfast or snack any time of the day. Help yourself with washer & dryer in the kitchen. The Bedrooms You will have adittional privacy with a half bathroom in the main bedroom. There is a working space with HDMI 19" monitor in each bedroom. Communication was great. Was under the impression it being a Vrbo that we would be the only people there. The tenants downstairs smoke pot and we didn't realize and could smell it anytime they smoked and the windows were open. One toilet was not clean, the microwave, toaster over and some dishes (that were put away) were not cleaned. Dishes I assume from a previous stay were left in the sink (clean?). The “uninvited” guest was an uber eats delivery person late on night after getting back from a concert…. And the disruption of having a “party” was an uber driver taking us to the stampede and dropping us off later that night. The host didn’t talk to me or my group to ask us what happened or why he just went straight to accusations and “violating house policy” Extremely unprofessional and childish behavior from a host. ##### Ben S.
