Registered guests are welcome to use the shared building amenities; a gym and outdoor pool. Please note that access may change at any time, including routine maintenance, change to bylaws or seasonal availability. We do not refund based upon their availability.

Guests have access to one underground parking stall.

Pool Winterization Notice

Please be advised that preparations to winterize and close the pool for the season commenced on September 8, 2026.
Please note: The pool opening date for the upcoming season has not yet been confirmed and will be determined at a later date. We will provide an update once the opening date is available.

In the living room, there is a sofa bed; however, it is currently being used as a sofa only. A floor mattress is available in the front entryway closet, which you are welcome to use. It can accommodate up to two guests.

Self Check-in Window: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after 10:00 PM, please contact the host in advance so we can coordinate an alternative check-in option for you.
