The hotel smelled..The shower disnt work well. Barley any water was comjbg out and ut took so long for the water to heat up. There was construction going on..the hotel location isnt convenient

Staff at reception weren’t very friendly and accommodating. There was an unpleasant smell in our room plus the sheets seemed like they were not changed

The pools are a big bonus . The staff are really friendly and helpful . The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had . Will definitely stay again

Hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was very small. Beds are a true narrow double. Ot took several calls to reach someone at front desk or housekeeping. Paid for 3 guests. Room was set up for 2 in terms of robes slippers etc. online stated complimentary bfast included but we were told it was not

Good points - The room was very clean and tidy with good maid service. Reception and restaurant staff helpful and friendly. Poor point - the tea served with the buffet breakfast was awful! Please don't serve tea from a flask - make a fresh brew every time you serve it (a tea bag in freshly boiled water would have been much better and surely couldn't have cost much more to produce)

This hotel did not care about the benefits that I have as a gold member, and they tried to charge me for the late check out.

Busy area of the city. We used google maps as the address took us to the back entrance (unlabelled) through a series of parking lots that had me concerned we were in the wrong place. The concierge on check in gave minimal information- not much of a customer service person. Explained nothing about checkout. Unit was compact and adequate for pre-departure stay before flying.
