The space for up to 12 people is very cozy, familiar, comfortable, large and very clean, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, laundry, barbecue, garage, garden with jabuticabeiras, acerola, persimmon, orange and a lovely outside area for the meals. Very well located, the house is in a quiet street close to the city center, clubs and the trade. You will love it because of the tranquility, ease of access and security. It is an ideal place to stay with family and friends.
