"We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed."

"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. "Really spacious and well equipped apartment. There were only two of us but there was more than enough room for four. It was only a five minute walk to inside the city walls and having parking was great as we had driven from Umbria. Whilst staying at the apartment though, we didn't need to use the car at all which was wonderful after a lot of traveling. Renata and her son met us at the apartment and were so helpful. They also gave us lots of excellent advice and tips. Highly recommended."

"Stayed here one night before early flight from Pisa. I wasn't expecting much, but was really happily surprised. The staff were lovely, friendly and smiling every time I had interaction with them. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a lovely view over the rooftops (yes, even the Tower in the distance). It was very quiet in the evening as my room was not facing the street. And the breakfast was amazing! So many options, I was kicking myself for not having enough time to enjoy it properly. Easy walk to town and the Tower and it took me 15 minutes from the hotel to the airport (on the shuttle). Will definitely be back if ever travelling through Pisa again. "
