"The accommodation was a typical Spanish villa 10mins from the sea and bars/cafe's. The advert says second bathroom, there is but it is in a block outside. Kitchen had all the utensils you need. Although, could do with some mugs or larger cups and possibly a new coffee maker as this was not a gurgle, gurgle, gurgle more a gurgle ...... gurgle.Generally the place was clean apart from an odour from the inside bathroom in the hot weather, but this soon disappeared by leaving the inside window...

"We have had the privilege of enjoying many luxury holidays abroad, but our stay at Hipotels Mediterráneo Hotel was one of the best ever. The location is perfect, the staff are genuinely friendly, and the food is outstanding. Both the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet are excellent. This must be the best hotel in the area. As a family-run business, Hipotels really knows how to run a hotel and keep guests happy. I highly recommend the sea view rooms, as the views are stunning. The facilities are excellent too and the gym is great, and the free spa areas are a real bonus, with a huge jacuzzi, saunas, and steam rooms. It was the best value-for-money holiday we have ever had. We enjoyed it so much that we are seriously thinking about moving to the area, as it has everything we could ever need."

Large balconies were great and it looked to be great for families. Parking is a challenge but we usually manages something within a few blocks. Many places to eat and markets close by. "

"The recepción staff were very helpful and attentive. The food was varied and in abundance, even free drinks with evening meal. The entertainment staff were extremely happy and fun. Just want to say a big thank you to Pepe, fir the dance class, Cappuccino for the the games and the girls for the morning exercise classes. Bingo was a hoot."

(Bestellung falsch verstanden, falsche Drinks geliefert, Essensbestellung nach langer Wartezeit erst hinterfragt.) Gym? Es sollte Arobic Raum heißen… Nur limitierte und schlechte Ausstattung. Auswahl und frische beim Frühstück so lala.. Staff kommt mit Bestellungen, sauber machen und auffüllen kaum hinterher. Brotmesser extrem dreckig und Toaster nur halb funktional."

"Room was really clean and modern. View was over some untidy residential apartments and they can look into the rooms, so felt had to keep curtains drawn. Walls paper thin and really noisy neighbour who was extremely loud and you can hear everything! You can hear taps running and every part of conversation. Nice deck on roof if not too busy but again very noisy and not very restful. Pool tiny. Ok for the 1 night stay, but any longer would have been a struggle. But like a Travelodge in the UK, would not rate a 4*"
