« En novembre 2024 mon conjoint et moi cherchions un endroit tranquile pour se reposer nous avons choisi le NorthWest Point Resort. Ce complex qui offre plusieurs condos était vraiment tranquille avec une belle grande piscine et un bain à remous très grand. La Plage est tranquille et grande mais beaucoup d'algues. Nous nous sommes pas baigner sur cette plage mais comme l'île est petite nous avons loué une voiture et avons fait le tour de l'île et sommes allé sur les autres plages qui sont à...

« Nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude la première soirée et première journée avant que le problème soit réglé. Les enfants n’ont donc pas pu se doucher ni nous…Notre hôte n’a à ce jour jamais répondu à notre message à ce sujet…silence radio. Par ailleurs durant la pluie de l’eau s’infiltrait par le plafond de l’appartement.Par ailleurs le site, la propreté la piscine et la mer demeurent magnifiques tout comme l’emplacement. »

« The ocean view from the balcony was stunning! The checkin was easy and the staff were helpful. We had a wonderful time. However, upon our return, we were informed that we have been fined for "smoking" when in fact none of us are smokers. We made breakfast the morning of departure---overcooked the sausage, which created a smoky odor because the fan above the stove was not functioning. « I rented the 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Penthouse condo and was shocked by the issues we had during our stay. When we checked in, the in-room safe didn't work and no one could fix it until the next day. And the list goes on - telephone to call the front desk didn't work, garbage disposal didn't work, washing machine didn't rinse or spin my clothes so I had to finish them in the sink. When I put them in the dryer, parts of the drying vent broke so I had to air dry the clothes overnight and they...
