Please do not attempt to pre-reserve a lounger for the day as your belongings will be removed at lunch time if the lounger is unoccupied to accommodate other guests. • Glasses and glass containers (bottles) are not allowed on the poolside or around the pool area. • The exercise room and the tennis court may only be used for their designated purposes: The enjoyment of owners, their personal guests, resort guests and renters. Great place to stay, location for walking out is great. Pool was nice as water was a bit rougher than usual and we met lots of nice people also staying at Villa Renaissance. The staff was wonderful. We even met one of the managers and he was very kind. This was our second time to Turks and Caicos and it was amazing. This location cannot be beat. The villa was beautifully furnished and well stocked with items to make our stay, including a prepaid cell phone for local calls. The Villa Rennaisance is in an ideal location that allows you to walk everyone you wish to go. The property is beautifully decorated and clean. The beach is breathtaking! Overall most relaxing trip I’ve taken, with sunsets and views to boot.
