Speakers are not allowed at the pool or beach-pls. use headphones. • Towels and other items of clothing must not be hung on the balcony railing or elsewhere outside the unit. • When leaving the beach please use the beach shower to rinse the sand off your feet before returning to the building or pool. • All used beach towels should be returned to the towel bins so they can be laundered for reuse. • Common areas are not playgrounds please respect our grass and plantings. • The pool area is designated as a quiet area, ball games and other activities which can disturb the quiet enjoyment of the area are prohibited. • Please refrain from running in the pool area or central breezeways to avoid injury. • Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. • Diving into the pool is prohibited. • Pool side loungers are on a first come first served basis. Please do not attempt to pre-reserve a lounger for the day as your belongings will be removed at lunch time if the lounger is unoccupied to accommodate other guests. • Glasses and glass containers (bottles) are not allowed on the poolside or around the pool area. • The exercise room and the tennis court may only be used for their designated purposes: The enjoyment of owners, their personal guests, resort guests and renters. All of the amenities were perfect and top notch. Proximity to stores, restaurants and the grocery store was great. The villa has all of the comforts of home. Great place to stay, location for walking out is great. Pool was nice as water was a bit rougher than usual and we met lots of nice people also staying at Villa Renaissance. The staff was wonderful. We even met one of the managers and he was very kind. This was our second time to Turks and Caicos and it was amazing. This location cannot be beat. The Villa Rennaisance is in an ideal location that allows you to walk everyone you wish to go. The property is beautifully decorated and clean. The beach is breathtaking! We had never been to Turks and Caicos so we weren't confident that we had picked a good place, but upon arrival, the check in, orientation, complimentary rum punch, and just the whole property removed any doubt we may have had! We didn't have to rent a car because we could walk or ride the complimentary bikes to most anywhere we wanted to go. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the waters of Grace Bay were even more beautiful in person than in the photos! The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions or needs we had. We booked a snorkeling excursion and the boat picked us up right there at the Villa Renaissance beach. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the balcony view of the palm trees and ocean was like a post card! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book here again when we return! ##### Tony P. The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The villa was spotless with nice furniture. The staff were super helpful and kind at every interaction.
