Despite the monolithic look of the property from the street, the hotel interior was well designed, staff were friendly and very helpful. There is free outdoor parking and the orientation of the hotel to the river was unique. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel; clean and modern. Excellent views from our balcony. My only criticism was that we had a late breakfast and most of the pastries were gone and not replaced!! staff somewhat indifferent to our request.

A wonderful hotel with excellent facilities and caring staff. Fantastic rooms with amazing views. Ample safe off street parking. With charing points. Great bar menu. Superb choice for breakfast. Pool and sun deck. All within 10 minutes walk of the town centre.

Everything was spotless and the amenities great. Location perfect- our room overlooked the river and the bridge. Most of the staff was great-especially Ryan the bartender- the only reason I didn’t give the hotel 5 stars was because the front desk clerk- a young man -was very snooty to us and I even saw him roll his eyes at me.

Loved Cahors
Great location near Valentré bridge, great views on the Lot river. Would recommend this hotel anytime. Safe area, easy to go to the old part of town and not far.

Everything was fine regarding the Covid situation. The staff was really pleasant. The room was nice and clean. Little away from Cahors center but nice walk to get there.

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location. View of the bridge from balcony. Room was spacious. Downside, fridge didn’t work, coffee maker but no cups or coffee. Only 2 pillows on bed which too low for us, should be 2 pillows each. Secure parking underground.

Check in staff were incredibly helpful with directions for joining the Camino Trail (Camino de St Jacques) across the Pont Treventre. And with getting to key points around the town and locating best restaurants. The room was very good. Quite spacious and modern and the view of the river and bridge was incredibly special. I couple of glasses of wine on the terrace were also very special. In addition undercover parking was easy. Only issue we had was trying to cool the room down from 24 degrees. Had to keep windows and balcony door open. That was a little annoying. We complained but staff didn't think it was hot.

Everything was wonderful. It was just going into town under the tunnel that made us feel unsafe. A pub owner walked us back as we were trying to go the longer way and got lost.

Completely spectacular.
This place was spectacular in every way. The location was perfect, an easy walk anywhere you would want to go and right next to the river & a beautiful bridge. My balcony (!!!) looked out over the river and bridge. The room itself was large, clean, and extremely well appointed. The staff were charming and helpful. They spoke English but were happy to indulge me by letting me practice my terrible French on them. Breakfast had a zillion choices, including Malbec grapes grown in their own garden. I love this place

This hotel was exceptional. We stayed in sad circumstances and had to change our plans a few times, the staff were very compassionate and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic and rooms and lounge bar had lovely views. Seating outside to look over the river is nice too. Room was clean, great coffee machine, free water in the fridge, and a great terrace with chairs. We will definitely return in happier times to stay here. We had dinner in a couple of evenings due to tiredness, and found the Evening menu a bit limited - especially for children, although the ice creams were great! There’s lots of choice in the main town to eat though so no need to stay in really!

Superb hotel, very accommodating and helpful. The reception staff especially were lovely. Great breakfast and location fantastic to walk along the river and into he centre. Outdoor and indoor car park available. Great pool and generally a lovely place to stay.

Great stopover hotel.
Lovely modern hotel with beautiful view of the bridge. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Overall the hotel and bar just lacks atmosphere. Cahors also is not a resort town. You need to walk into the main drag for bars and restaurants. Great for a one night stopover.

Nice modern hotel in a beautiful location right next to the River Lot. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the river and the historic Pont Vantre. Not a big hotel which is nice and all staff were attentive and helpful. Used the pool and sauna a couple of times which was nice after a day's sightseeing.

Lovely hotel in picturesque riverside location
Good quality hotel in fine surroundings beside Cahors medieval bridge. Staff were very welcoming and attentive particularly when we had a major problem with the door lock on our room. Although it took almost an hour for this to be resolved, we were invited to enjoy a complimentary drink in the bar.
