It needed a little more cleaning and should have been inspected prior to our arrival. The deck was in need of being swept. No cushions on the chairs. Some were missing. "I happened to stumble upon this listing when my family decided to get away for spring break. The cabin is located in a super calm neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Google maps fooled me thinking the property was across the street from the lake. It wasn't as accurate as I'd like, but water front access is 5ish minutes away. "The property was great except the trail to the water is more steep than the pics showed. That said, our family had a great week. It was very relaxing since the road ended at the house. There was some kitchen utensiles that could be provided that are not there. Nothing major just nice to have things. Trash bags were a problem but we bought a box and left them in the house.
