"We had a short stay as we were heading to Nazaré after the first couple of days. Unfortunately, the airport mismanaged someone our luggage which was nerve-wracking to say the least. The hotel staff was very helpful in assisting us with managing the return of our bags before we had to travel to the next destination. The room was fairly small but we were comfortable. Not much to offer in terms of amenities outside of a decent breakfast but we just needed a place to rest our heads."

We had booked a smaller room, and despite the hotel being completely full, João went above and beyond to find a solution for our family. He managed to arrange a beautiful larger suite for us and even organized the room change in the middle of our stay so smoothly that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine effort to help made a huge difference. Everything else about the hotel was fantastic as well. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, the service was excellent, and the breakfast honestly felt like something you would expect at a 5-star hotel. Thank you to the entire team at Four Points by Sheraton Sesimbra for a perfect stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel!"
