A unique haven of peace in Playa Grande! Nestled in a natural jewel, this exceptional property is ideal for those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. Just 3 km from the beach, enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surfing and long walks. The property offers three independent cottages, each with its own pool. There's also a large communal swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable deckchairs and sofas, and a self-service mini-bar. Our passion for Costa Rica and Greece has resulted in a unique project, combining sleek style and attention to detail, designed as a true bubble of well-being. Imbued with Mediterranean elegance, this property is designed for its harmonious connection with nature, with its woven palm roof ensuring natural freshness. Your private, independent accommodation comprises two distinct spaces: an enclosed area with fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom, sleeping area and bathroom, and a covered, open-plan area with swimming pool and lounge. \- Master bedroom: a premium king-size bed with balanced comfort, TV with Netflix and air conditioning. \- Second bedroom (sleeping area): also equipped with a top-quality king-size bed, it opens onto the living area and can be closed with curtains. \- Semi-open bathroom: also equipped with a superior-quality king-size bed, it opens onto the living area and can be closed with curtains. \- Bathroom: with whirlpool shower and toilet separated by a door. Towels and organic, local shower products are provided. \- Kitchen: fully equipped with essentials (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil). \- The terrace features a large dining table, a 2x2-meter swimming pool and a comfortable lounge. The suite is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. From your terrace, you'll have the opportunity to observe the local flora and fauna, such as howler monkeys, coatis, hummingbirds, parakeets and various birds. There's also a large shared swimming pool on the property, with a relaxation area and self-service mini-bar (drinks and ice creams) for your enjoyment. There's also a Starlink network to keep you connected. Just 1,8 Miles from the beach and a 5-minute drive from the first restaurants and 2-minute drive grocery store. Playa Grande is a small, family-friendly town, offering excellent restaurants, a craft market on Wednesday evenings with live music, as well as basic necessities and surf stores. It is located in the Las Baulas National Park, which protects the main nesting beaches of leatherback and green turtles. During the “green” season, you can enjoy the gentle stream that runs alongside the house and fully immerse yourself in nature. The sky offers the most beautiful sunsets and lush nature.
