The brand-new private rooms are located on the first floor of the house and feature lockable, tinted tempered glass doors for added privacy.  
  
Each room includes four twin-size brand-new beds with meticulously clean sheets, comforters, and linens.  
  
For comfort and convenience, the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning units, ceiling fans, and a fully functional kitchenette that includes a mini fridge/freezer, coffee maker, small stovetop, and essential small appliances.  
  
Additional amenities include a secure safe, high-speed Wi-Fi, a spacious closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with hot and cold shower, along with fresh, meticulously clean towels.

#### Great stay in Playa Grande. Would recommend it it to anyone.

A beautiful , little place within walking distance of the beach and surrounding restaurants. The yard is beautifully kept by Jay, and he keeps a watchful and unobtrusive eye on everything. Air conditioned and clean, easy to make quick, small meals, and the pool is very comfortable. Very safe and secure. You’ll enjoy it!

#### Really, really enjoyed my Playa Grande stay via VRBO and Jay. Beautiful and comfortable!

I was in Playa Grande for 10 days surfing, shooting pictures and relaxing. Jay’s beautiful place was perfect...within walking distance of Main Break, but nicely removed for private pool and Margaritas time. Will definitely be coming back, and can’t thank everyone enough for a great stay. Aloha, -Boogie
