From there, it leads into a cozy dining area that comfortably accommodates four, highlighted by a floor-to-ceiling door that opens up to a stunning, sunlit backyard.   
\*The outdoor space is equipped with seating and tables, perfect for enjoying sunny days to the fullest.  
\*A well-equipped kitchen featuring brand new stainless steel appliances, including a Nespresso machine, gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a French door refrigerator.

Our condo boasts a prime location in El Tezal, only a quick 10-minute drive from downtown Cabo San Lucas and renowned beaches such as Medano Beach and Playa El Chileno. For the best experience in the area, renting a car is highly recommended, providing straightforward access to a variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Taxis and rideshare services like Uber are also easily accessible. For your convenience, secure, gated parking is included during your stay.
