The host had not given me their name only a company name which the lobby didn’t recognize nor did the host give me the unit number. When I showed them the Vrbo reservation they had no idea what unit it was. The property manager thought I might have been scammed. After 45 minutes they finally called someone else who was able to figure it out. Very frustrating and not how I wanted to start my vacation. After that everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.
