With views of Le Défends and the forest, Villa 'Igor' in Cabasse is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The 80 m² property features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, two bedrooms upstairs, and a master bedroom with private shower room on the ground floor. There is also a second shower room with toilet upstairs.



Three bedrooms with double beds accommodate up to 6 guests, plus a baby cot for families. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, TV, fan, and washing machine. A private gym and fitness equipment are available in the basement.



Enjoy a private outdoor pool, garden, several terraces and balconies, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Please note, the pool is closed from October 15 to May 15 unless weather permits.
