Breakfast was great, didn’t use the pool but looked clean and well maintained, front desk staff was friendly and helped in what ever way they could (some employees were better at English then others). The room was a bit more rustic then I anticipated but the bed was comfortable and came with TV, AC and a fridge. Shower water was only warm, not hot and bed pillows were flat. Overall nice stay.

Our stay at Pousada do Capitão was excellent. The Staff was very friendly and helpful . The breakfast was good. They let us keep our luggage at the place even after the check out and that was very nice of them. The location is also very convenient. Walk distance to Praia Grande and the pear at Praia dos Anjos. We really recommend this property.

Cheguei 2h antes do check-in e me surpreendi com a sensibilidade do atendente por eu estar com uma criança e como já tinha quarto disponível me deixou entrar. A pousada é bem rustica estulo praia. Fica a 3 minutos andado da praia dos Anjos que é uma verdadeira piscina. Os quartos são tamanhos ótimos. O ar condicionado precisa passar por uma limpeza ou até ser trocado, pois faz muito barulho. Tem ventilador de teto que pra mim serviu muito. As meninas que cuidam do café da manhã, são as mesmas que limpam os quartos então achei bem puxado o trabalho pra elas, mas mesmo assim foram super atenciosas conosco. Ficamos 2 dias e foi bem tranquilo. Não tenho que reclamar do serviço de quarto. Café da manhã, isso muito conta em minhas passadas por hotéis e pousadas. Como eu disse, tudo bem rústico mas não deixou em nada a desejar. Tinha 2 tipos de bolos, 2 tipos de suco, iogurte, panquecas salgadas, tortinhas que por sinal era uma delícia de queijo com goiabada, 4 tipos de pães, pão de queijo, 3 tipos de frutas, leite, café e água quente para fazer chá, geléias e margarina, os ovos são feitos na hora achei otimo que evita o desperdício. A piscina precisa de uma limpeza nos azuleijos e pra f finalizar no check-out pude deixar minhas malas na pousada enquanto fazia meu passeio e na volta ainda pude tomar uma ducha no chuveiro ao lado da sauna para viajar mais tranquila. Só tenho agradecer espero voltar.

Fui passar 4 dias com meu marido e assim que chegamos o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, ao invés de trocar a gente de quarto ficamos aguardando alguém para arrumar, nós impossibilitando de descansar depois de 9 horas de viagem, quando fomos ligar a televisão a surpresa não estava funcionando e a funcionária disse q estava com instabilidade, ficamos 4 dias e no último dia passo na recepção e vejo o funcionário assistindo e pergunto já voltou a funcionar as televisão e ele me informa sim e eu e meu esposo ficamos sem televisões todos os 3 dias. Assim que cheguei fui informada que se deixar a chave na portaria elas limpariam o quarto, deixei e não trocaram as toalhas nem o forro de cama então não importa quantos dias vc fique não será trocado.
