When renting Point Break, you have access to a bright and open, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area with plush sofas, and views of the ocean. The villa accommodates up to 6 vacationers with a master suite with a king bed and full bath, and a second bedroom with two double beds and a hall bathroom. The views are awesome and it’s a very very short walk to the beach. Trash pickup here is anywhere from 2-4 am so if you hear something loud that’s what it is. If you stay on a Monday or Tuesday there are not a lot of restaurants open so just keep that in mind. Fortunately the unit has a full kitchen so you can cook something if needed. This unit does have a unit above it so keep that in mind if you are renting the bottom one. When we booked it I didn’t realize there was a unit above us. Reviewer Comments: Rental was clean and mostly well equipped. Kitchen did not include a mixer and the unit our son rented did have one. One big issue was that the outside light over the stairs was not working correctly. This was a huge safety concern when it is dark. The last night we were there we came back after dark and it was difficult to navigate the stairs in total darkness. There was some trash stuck in the grass around the unit. ##### Michael G.
