"I'm not a heavy traveler, but after my last 4 hotel experiences, Tru being the most recent, I decided if there's EVER a Tru nearby, that's going to be my choice. I realize there are thousands of options, and I'm probably the least qualified to opine on them, but after 3 awful experiences at hotels that should've been nice (and cost the same or more), Tru was SUCH a breath of fresh air. It was so clean, well-maintained, nice, warm, welcoming foyer that doubled as sort of a "cafe" with lots of personal space for breakfast (which was AMAZING)... And on and on. Just so good. Can't wait to go on another trip so I can stay at another Tru!"

"The stay as a whole was wonderful, other than one small detail. The A/C unit in the room would not stay on. It seemed like the thermostat was faulty. No matter how cold you set it, the A/C would run for about 5 minutes and then kick off. The settings were correct, and I even tried turning the system off and back on. When the A/C was running, the fan also did not have much airflow. This made for a slightly uncomfortable night. Other than that, everything else was great."
