This unique place has a style all its own.  
One of the oldest houses in Butler. We’ve been told it’s haunted but I guess you must find out for yourself. 😁  
If you love golf, there is a driving range right behind the property, that you can see out the window.   
20 minutes to Cranberry.   
5 minutes to downtown Butler   
2 miles to the fairgrounds   
2 miles from the farm show   
5-15 minutes to different points of Lake Arthur
