This 102 m² detached house, a renovated former farmhouse, combines rustic charm with modern comfort.  
  
The ground floor features a bright living area with a welcoming lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, including a freezer. The house has three spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), and a baby cot for younger guests. A bathroom with a WC, as well as a separate WC, ensures convenience for all. Reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area offers year-round comfort, and Wi-Fi is provided for staying connected in this peaceful setting.  
  
  
  
Nestled within 4 hectares of woods and meadows, the property offers complete privacy with no direct neighbors. The fenced grounds ensure a safe space for children to play, and a swing is available for added fun.
