"The hotel is showing its age. The service here is great and I would definitely stay here again. The food service in the lobby restaurant takes too long for a quick lunch in between meetings. Not sure why it takes so long. The rooms are very clean and they have a nice size desk to work at. The bathrooms at least my room did not have any hooks for hanging things and no counter space. "

It's a short distance from the airport, its own restaurant plus proximity to several others, walking distance from the Victoria Mall, and is just across the road from the lake. The staff are cordial and efficient, and rooms are spotlessly clean."
