"If you are looking for just a bed and shower this is your place. My husband and I live an hour away but we were in town for the Megan Woods concert and we didn't want to drive home afterwards. Unknowingly the hotel was a mile away from the school so that was a perk! I didn't want to pay out a lot of money for a fancy hotel when I have a beautiful house so we weren't looking for amenities. "The room was ok. There were no suites left so we required a cot. It barely fit in the room and we needed to climb over the beds to get to it. Cleanliness was ok. Behind the beds were dirty. The staff was extremely kind and responsive though. The pool was great."

"Absolutely disgusting experience. I genuinely do not understand how this hotel is allowed to operate like this. Our FIRST room had hairs in the shower, dirty floors, and clearly had not been cleaned properly before check-in. We reported it and were told housekeeping would take care of it while we were out. Cool. We come back, and my fiancé pulls the sheets back a little only to find what looked like a PERIOD STAIN on the bed. Completely revolting. After complaining AGAIN, we were moved to a second room. Somehow, it was barely better. The bathroom still looked dirty, the entire room smelled moldy, and throughout our stay we saw MULTIPLE bugs crawling around the room. And somehow it still gets worse. We tried to at least enjoy the pool, only to find dead bugs floating in it, so that was ruined too. At that point, it honestly felt like cleanliness just does not exist at this hotel. What’s even crazier is the lack of accountability. No real urgency, no meaningful compensation, and barely an apology for the fact that we were expected to stay in these conditions. This was supposed to be a relaxing stay while house hunting and instead it turned into one of the nastiest hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Dirty rooms, stained sheets, moldy smells, bugs in the rooms, dead bugs in the pool, and horrible quality control all around. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else."

"Hotel was great. Its situated in a community that has plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We enjoyed walking into the community and eating at the many restaurants. You wouldn't have to drive at all. Even the hotel has a restaurant. There's a little nostalgia to the hotel where it feels dated. They do a good job with maintaining property and everyone is so nice. There's no breakfast but there's plenty to eat nearby you can walk to. Only negative that's not the hotel fault is these flying bugs that are nuisance. Sitting in the pool area you tend to see them more. Overall I would've stayed longer if I didn't have to leave because of appointments. The community is awesome and you won't be disappointed. "
