"Some of reviews were not accurate in their praise of the facility. The hotel is very old with the outdoor entries, although very well lighted and safe. The breakfast was not extraordinary as noted but it was very satisfactory. Quite comparable to competing brands. The room was clean in appearance and furniture and bedding were reasonably new. BUT, the staff WAS EXCEPTIONAL as noted. I would stay there again if I were in the area."

"Only thing that was lacking was an alarm clock and an in room coffee maker. Also no continental breakfast. Room was nice and clean and beds were comfortable though."

"The corners of the bathroom grout were not the best. Lots a nice towels. Small tv. Great internet. Nice little refrigerator with small freezer for our freezer blocks. Good coffee in the room. Be ready for stairs to the cabin. We stopped at a Kroger about 20 minutes away and brought in a rotisserie chicken and salad. The restaurant is closed."

"The cabin is perfect!It is clean, the beds are super comfortable & it has everything you need to feel like home.The view is fabulous & the entire property being fenced in is perfect for our fur babies! They had a blast being able to run around on their own!We will definitely be coming back!"

"This was a nice getaway in the woods. The hot tub was definitely a plus, which we relaxed in each night. Not a ton to do in the area, but I bet it would be fun in the summer with a boat. We visited Cumberland Falls, which was an easy drive from the cabin. "
