"The room was clean. My door to my room almost locked me out and my wife in several times. The hotel is very nice otherwise. My main complaint is that I was double charged for Parking my car on hotel property overnight. So I paid double for parking. When I called the hotel to ask about why they told me I was gonna have to deal and (I guess you'll just have to call your bank if its that big of a deal) there was nothing else they could do. Just didn't seem to care or understand my trying to explain i was charged twice once on two different days regardless of no longer being at the hotel. Ironically an email to review my stay showed up after the phone call to resolve the issue occurred."
