« What a perfect little spot. Really loved staying here with my two dogs and my daughter. Just the right amount of room for all of us to have a place to wash up and relax when not on our mountain bikes at Beech resort. Everything was perfect, and I was very, very pleasantly surprised at the checkout process was essentially… Do nothing and just leave it! Some hosts expect you to turn into a housekeeper on your last day of your stay and nothing like that was expected here. I definitely recommend it...

« We loved this unit. It is one of the best ones we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed. It was like staying at a home not a hotel room. We loved the throws left in the living room. They both were used for sure. The view from the balcony is breathtaking!! Looking at Grandfather's Mountain and the beautiful mountains surrounding it. We will definitely be back! We still have lots of area there to see. Thank you! »

« We had a great stay! The cabin is central to everything. Close to some great hikes and 15 minutes from Boone. We really liked the area and there were some good restaurants around. Comfortable and cozy cabin! »

« This was a cute little rental that was as described. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and very responsive. I was impressed to learn it’s been in service for over 20 years. Loved the clubhouse and general atmosphere— reminded me of family vacations as a child in the 1990s… so quaint!! Reception and WiFi is not terrific so it was a great opportunity to play games as a family and take to the outdoors. We plan to return next year. Thank you!!! »

« Very nice condo. The only drawback is it is on the third floor and very hard to get the luggage up the stairs for two women plus a few groceries. The bedroom was also warm compared to the den area. That being said the views were great and the decor was very nice. »

« Location was good for us to our destination. Parking and driveway we steep as expected in mountains, and close to our #2 rental. Lots of ice in the parking area still, with salt /dirt to help with traction, slippery still. No snow anywhere else. Unit was small compared to others we have stayed at in Boone. Fit all four of us comfortably, once we moved/slid the couch between the living room and dining room, as we switched out area of need, for the night.. TV was difficult to operate and power was...
