Surrounded by nature, it offers a private swimming pool, spacious gardens, a tennis court, barbecue, outdoor dining area and a chill-out zone. An exclusive setting to disconnect in comfort, space and total privacy.

Detached two-storey house on a private plot of approximately 2,000 m², situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Bunyola, surrounded by nature and very close to the Serra de Tramuntana. This property is designed for families, quiet groups and premium escapes seeking space, privacy and an authentic environment. Palma is around 10–15 minutes away by car, allowing you to combine relaxation with beach, city and mountain plans without long journeys.

What makes this house special is its outdoor area. The plot is large and green, with garden, lawn and wooded areas that create the feeling of a private estate. There are shaded corners for reading or resting, open spaces for playing, and a natural atmosphere that is felt from the moment you arrive. Within the property you will also find a small pond with ducks and an area with chickens, details that families love and that add a unique and relaxing touch. On the main floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen for longer stays or for those who enjoy cooking, a large living room with seating area, sofa and television, and an indoor dining area for group meals. The house has four bedrooms with a total capacity of eight guests. Two bedrooms have double beds and two bedrooms have two single beds, an ideal configuration for families with children or groups who prioritise rest. There are also three bathrooms, making shared stays much more comfortable.
