"I do not travel very much at all, so but thought "it's a Holiday Inn, it's gotta be good." The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was spacious with comfy beds and a big walk-in shower. AMAZING breakfast every morning with all sorts of hot food and options, and the staff had eatery suggestions and even have a list of places that deliver to the hotel. I was visiting Louisville for business purposes at the convention center, which was a quick walk from the Holiday Inn and that was super convenient... no cabs or ubers needed! I'd happily rebook at this location in the future and two of my colleagues who also stayed there and travel a LOT said it was an excellent location and were very happy."

"Tried to cancel due to a venue change. The manager basically refused to talk to us. I have had hundreds of hotel stays . 1st time a manager has ghosted us. I am so upset with this out come I may quit Expedia and never stay in a embassy suites again."
