Staff was lovely and professional, mattress was one of the best I've encountered in a hotel. There were several stains on the carpet that should be cleaned out or replaced. The listing for the hotel should make it very clear that there is no elevator.

Booked my stay here 2 weeks ahead of time , Got to hotel about 10pm to find out they overbooked. And the only room left were either smoking or rooms without hot water ! I’m just unsure how that even happens. First time I’ve ever experienced such a event

Clean and comfortable
Worked OK for a one night stay, but hotel is not in the greatest shape. The room was clean and comfortable, but had a very small bathroom and was on older style.

When we arrived we were given a room without a working fridge. We had medicines that needed refrigeration. We were moved to another room that seemed OK until we learned that THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. The staff was clueless. ‘Did you let the water run?’ ‘Maybe a lot of people are showering’ (At 10:30 pm?) ‘I’m sorry, there is nothing I can do’ ‘Oh, the plumber is coming at 10 tomorrow to fix the ice machine’ (That’s when I’m checking out). (I went into the lobby rest room and the laundry room and there was no hot water). I believe they were putting guests into rooms knowing that there was no hot water) The mgr, Kayla Schulz, told me that they couldn’t refund or adjust my bill because I booked online. This was a disaster and gives me no reason to stay at a ‘Quality?’ Inn or to use Expedia. The whole thing was outrageous.

Clean & comfortable! The only thing I didn’t like was there was no elevator. Steps are difficult for me. I would stay there again and ask for a ground floor room. Very nice! Bob Evans restaurant in same parking lot. Bonus!
