"Very well run hotel, conveniently located in the heart of Brattleboro. Free parking in a lot next to the hotel was a nice touch. My only gripe would be that my room (104) had no view as the windows were made of some kind of stained glass that you can't see through and couldn't open. Also they could not be closed all the way and allowed a cold draft to come through on a chilly night. I had to stuff towels in the open gaps to keep the chill out. A little strange I thought, but was manageable."

"The faucet blew off the shower wall and water was every place. The door of the room looked like someone had previously tried breaking into it. The elevators didnt work and the pool was under construction. The breakfast was less than desirable! "

"Convenient location for visiting Northampton and surrounding towns. Room was clean , easy self parking and breakfast was very good. Only drawback was there was no hand lotion in the room and had to request it from the front desk. I was told at the front desk that the hand lotion is no longer routinely supplied in the rooms."
