Views of the Palace of the Parliament (Casa Poporului) from two rooms! This apartment has been fully renovated and furnished to suit the luxury Bucharest traveler, whether for business or pleasure. This comfortable flat will wow you with its custom furniture, thoughtful additions and around-the-clock professional management. Live at the height of luxury!

The Space:
Welcome to Gryffindor Tower! Everything in this apartment was designed with the luxury traveler in mind and was fully renovated and furnished in 2023.

The Living Room & Dining Room include:
• Seating for your whole party on our heavenly sofa and comfy accent chairs
• Oversized sofa that easily seats 4… and it easily converts to a comfortable full bed
• 50 inch Flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, HBO & high-speed WiFi internet access
• Dining table to enjoy a family meal with sweeping views of the Palace
• Multiple balconies to go outside for a smoke or just enjoy the view

The Kitchen includes:
• A modern kitchen fully-stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils
• Fridge, microwave, range & oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and much more

The Bedrooms include:
• Glorious Queen sized beds from a luxury 25cm bio-rhythmic memory foam mattress brand that is perfect for all sleepers
• Custom designed beds, cabinets, dressers and more for storage
• The master bedroom has access to it's own balcony with sweeping views of the city, as well as an en suite full bathroom with a bidet
• Desk space perfect for getting work done or putting makeup on for a night out
• Velvet curtains: let the perfect amount of light in… or black out!
• Plenty of clean linens, blankets, pillows & towels provided!

The Bathrooms include:
• Monsoon shower heads for an all-encompassing clean
• One full bathroom is en suite to the master bedroom with a bidet and the second full bathroom is accessible by the hallway
• Blow dryer, hair curler, three sizes of towels and full range of toiletries offered
• Heated towel racks
• Very comfortable toilets!

Everything else:
• Custom keycodes for keyless entry for each guest, including 24/7 check-in
• Entryway mud-room for smart storage of shoes, jackets and more

• Professional cleaning service before every stay
• Elevator building with three separate elevator banks

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located just across Old Town, a perfect location. Old Town is in the heart of Bucharest, and has the pulse of the city. The historic architecture, the old churches, the outdoor terraces and cafés and the romantic feel make the Old Town a most enticing area of the city. Being on the eastern edge, puts you just outside of the busyness of Old Town, and gives you easy walking access to taxis and trams, and near modern shopping centers and stores.

Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around the city. You have very short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis, as well as bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride hailing services like Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.

All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €100 security deposit which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our team will be subject to a €500 fee.

Interaction with Guests:
HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

The apartment is beautiful and in a great location

The views from the apartment are simply incredible. It's spacious and bright, also it is located centrally, we walked to the old town and other sights. There are many things to do nearby. The HOLT staff is really friendly.
