"Als wir 4 Seniorinnen und Senioren eintrafen, war es in den Schlafzimmern und (3!) Bädern brrrr sehr kalt. Der Besitzer/Verwalter (?) hatte im Wohnraum/der Küche schon den wunderbaren Holzofen angemacht, das Holz brannte gemütlich. So konnte man gut am 6er-Tisch sitzen. Alles auch zum Kochen erforderliche war da. Auch einige nichtalkoholische Getränke, im Kühlschrank auch Bier. Etwas abenteuerlich über schmale steile Treppe zu erreichende Schlafräume oben. Wer dort war, hat i.a. gut geschlafen....

"Rosis Häusle lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Sehr hübsch eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Ausstattung ist famos, die Betten sehr gut. Tiptop sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! In der Umgebung sind vielfältige Unternehmungen möglich, wir empfehlen wärmstens das Nationalparkzentrum Ruhestein."

There are two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and another bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. It was a great setup for our family so the kids could have lots of space. "Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, da man von dort aus alles gut zu Fuß in der schönen Stadt von Sigmaringen erlaufen kann...der Schaukelweg entlang der Donau ist sehr empfehlenswert (besonders mit Kindern). Die Wohnung war sauber...man merkt, dass dies eine neue FeWo ist 🙂 ... empfehlenswert wäre, wenn im Flur ein paar Ablage- bzw. mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten vorhanden wären."

"The house is very well appointed with all things you need, good selection of kitchen appliances and nice to find all the kitchen extras there (salt, pepper, spices, alu foil, clingfilm, kitchen paper etc). The owner was helpful and friendly. A nice touch was the daily morning delivery by the property owner from the local bakery, with no extra cost beyond the items ordered. Views from the house over the pond and to the golf course are spectacular, with multiple walking paths to choose from."

"Ein kurzes Wochenende in wunderschöner Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet, hat mir aber alles geboten, was ich gebraucht habe. Eine Badewanne ist auch immer willkommen. 😀 Im Haus ist es sehr still, mit offenen Fenster schlafen am WE ok. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
