### Apartment 'Lotte' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Located in Bitz on the Swabian Alb, this 50 sqm apartment welcomes up to 2 guests in 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom. You will find a private fully-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washer, dryer, and grill. The accommodation offers convenient ski-in/ski-out access for winter sports enthusiasts.  
  
Your private garden and uncovered terrace provide perfect spaces for outdoor relaxation and grilling.  
  
Shared parking is available at the property along with a shared EV charger. Public transportation and train station shuttle service offer easy access to surrounding areas. Pets are welcome, though events are not permitted.  
  
You will stay in a nearly 100-year-old former farmhouse that was completely renovated from 2016 to 2018 with special focus on sustainability. The renovation preserved original wooden floors, stairs, and terrazzo floors while incorporating eco-friendly materials. All interior walls feature clay plaster, and the property uses ceiling radiant heating powered by a heat pump. The furnishings blend antique pieces older than the house with carefully restored original items.  
  
The apartment sits in Bitz town center, offering intact infrastructure with retail shops and 2 grocery stores covering daily needs. Medical care and a pharmacy are available in town. You can reach the nearest bakery within a 5-minute walk, and Backhaus Mahl offers breakfast options with outdoor seating in good weather. Albstadt with diverse recreational opportunities is just 8 km away. The famous Traufgänge hiking trails are nearby, and a cross-country skiing trail begins 5 minutes on foot from the house.
