We never made use of the fireplace or heater in the basement. Cell service and Wi-Fi worked great. Very well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels for the 6 of us. For us, I'd say the only negative was that the basement toilet seat was broken when we arrived. I emailed the realtor both Thursday and Friday, but got no response. I probably should have called, but oh well. The seat would move around when you tried to sit on the toilet, and that meant that we ended up sharing 1 toilet for 5 people. Not the end of the world. Comfortably furnished with reasonably equipped kitchen. AC and Wi-Fi both really good and spa was squeaky clean.
