"The room wasn’t the cleanest. Hair was on the bedsheets and in the sink. Ice machine didn’t work. Woke up the next morning and food was all on the floor outside my room."

"The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very professional and polite , room was very well maintained and the walking trail was really nice , loved the breakfast we had at the bistro and the staff was also great there too , would highly recommend for anyone to stay here ."

"Everything was clean. The staff was helpful even though I did not read how to get on wifi that was right in my hands. Staff, Tom was sweet and explained it for me. Breakfast was good and plenty of variety on buffet. If I return to Austin in future I will stay there again. Great access to various places I needed to go to."

"Only stayed 1 night was supposed to stay 3. Roach in room, overly filthy dust vents and urine noted on wall under sink. Attempted to check out Friday morning and front desk told me they couldn't check me out early. Showed her the pics. Still charged for the full 3 days. "

"The elevator was broken the whole 4 days, the breakfast was not delightful, the fire alarm went off at 2am and no fire found."
