« Though the journey to national harbor was cold, Parhat made me feel welcomed and warm all weekend! Cute bedroom with all the amenities you could find in a hotel! If you love a firm bed, this definitely has one. Only downside is during the winter the water takes longer to get warm. But Parhat was wonderful in letting me know and explained everything thoroughly and wonderful! »

« Was looking for a low-key spot to enjoy the water with a couple of friends and we got exactly what we wanted. Was able to enjoy beautiful views of the water, got lots of sun but also was able to sit in the shade if needed. Seems very kid friendly so hope to be back with mine! »

« Really cute house that met all our needs. It was so clean and well kept. Kitchen had everything we needed, as well as the bathrooms and bedrooms. Beds were comfy. North Beach is a cute little town but the beach itself was crowed. So we ventured out and spent the day at Breezy Point Beach which was wonderful. Even drove out to Dunkirk and found a great playground for the grandkids. Everything was within a 20 min drive. »

« We left immediately. Heavy use of cleaning chemicals masked an underlying problem with dust/mildew/mold. Our children complained of scratchy throats in first 30 minutes, we noticed it ourselves after an hour. Trash all over grounds as well as a general unkempt property, pictures show what we cleaned up for them before leaving. Mail overflowing mailbox. Should not be listed again without major modifications. »

« This was our second stay here and have booked next year already. The house is beautiful and clean. Incredible views from the decks. We bring our boat with us, the dock is perfect. We are able to run to many dock and dine restaurants from there. The owner stopped by midweek to see if we needed anything. Can’t say enough about how great the house and hosts are! »

« What a great location for an awesome vacation rental. The three floors of the house is amazing and the views of the bay a huge added bonus. « We had a short stay after a sporting event in DC, it was a little less than an hour away. Convenient location and a very clean house. Kitchen was well stocked. There was little communication with the owner, which was nice vs a long list of rules, but we would have liked to know any of their local specific favorite spots or more detailed check in/check out. Worked out nicely for our family. »
