We stayed at the budget inn and they make it very clear through the booking and on the lobby door of the budget inn that you checkin/out at the Thunderbird Inn next door. "It was it not bad. It was the first weekend of the summer season and you could tell the room wasn’t cleaned recently but nothing horrible. Bathroom needed a quick wipe down. Right on the water view a good view."

The carpet and linoleum looked to be original, beer caps on the top of the faucet, and the screen on the patio door was bent and would not properly open and close. "1st...just trying to get the door opened..they give you the code but don't tell you about the other buttons that need to be pushed/used...2nd...you had to body slam yourself to get the door open. The carpet and floor are so warped the door wouldn't open or close without a body slam..the door wouldn't lock . The 4 batteries in the door fell out when you either open or closed the door..3rd..it was very damp in the room..4th..no hot/cold symbols on the water handles..it took awhile to figure out...
